Parents and carers are expected to collect their child promptly at the end of their session, whether this is a 15-hour funded session, 30-hour funded session or wraparound childcare session.

A late collection charge of £1.00 per minute will be applied from the child's allocated collection time until they are collected. This charge contributes towards the additional staffing costs incurred when children remain in the setting beyond their booked session.

Please note that the late collection charge will apply regardless of whether the setting has been notified of the delay in advance. Whilst we appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise, informing the setting of a delay enables us to safeguard and support your child appropriately, but it does not remove the requirement for the late collection charge.

Where persistent late collections occur, the Headteacher reserves the right to review the child's sessions and, where necessary, withdraw wraparound provision or review the child's place in accordance with the school's terms and conditions.
