Extended Schools
“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
What is Extended School?
At St Sebastian’s, our Extended School provision refers to the clubs and activities we offer outside of normal school hours, providing affordable and reliable childcare throughout the school year.
These clubs are designed to support our families, enrich our children’s experiences and help them start and finish each school day in a happy, safe, and nurturing environment.
Our extended school offer includes:
-
Breakfast Club
-

Our Breakfast Club provides essential support for working parents and those in training, while giving children a calm and positive start to the day.
Breakfast is an important meal that helps children focus, stay energised and be ready to learn. Without it, children can become tired or restless — something we work hard to prevent!
Children are offered a variety of healthy options, including cereals, toast, fruit juices, milk and water. After breakfast, they can enjoy a range of activities such as art, Lego, board games, or (weather permitting) outdoor play.
Attendance for Breakfast Club must be booked in advanced via our online payment system, we are unable to accept cash payments. Our Breakfast Club is delivered by our own school staff, which helps us keep costs as low as possible for families. If you experience any difficulties regarding payment, please contact the school office — we are happy to help & support!
Breakfast Club is available only for St Sebastian's children (Reception - Y6).
In order to allow sufficient time for children to arrive and enjoy their breakfast, last entry for breakfast club is 8.15am.

To ensure we adhere to safe staff-to-child ratios, providing high-quality care for all attendees, places are limitied.
