Consideration of Gender Pay Gap Reporting

St Sebastian's Catholic Primary School & Nursery has reviewed the relevance and implications of gender pay gap reporting.

After careful consideration, it has been decided not to proceed with formal reporting at this time. This decision was made based on factors including the size of the school, as mandatory gender pay gap reporting currently applies to employers with 250 or more employees.

Although we do not meet the statutory threshold for mandatory reporting, we remain committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across all areas of employment. 

We will continue to monitor internal pay practices to ensure fairness and may revisit formal gender pay gap reporting in the future as part of ongoing equality and HR initiatives.
